- Choose up to 10 of the Suggested Categories or request your own and I will custom-create questions that fit your needs.
- Up to 100 clearly-worded and unambiguous Q’s are emailed to you in Microsoft Excel format with separate sheets for the Question, Answers, and Q’s & A’s together allowing everyone in your organization to have the option of playing along that night!
$275- Ultra Question Package (Select if you already have an emcee but want a Q&A Slideshow to project for your audience)
- Includes all aspects of the Basic Question Package PLUS editable Templates for your Game Rules and Trivia Team Answer Sheets.
- An attractive and professional Microsoft PowerPoint Slideshow of all your Q’s & A’s will be sent to you, allowing you to project all your questions and answers for your participants’ enjoyment that night
- Receive the StLTriviaGuy’s “Stress-Free Survival Guide” full of helpful information for trivia night organizers as well as several non-trivia based ideas for additional FUNdraising activities in between each of your trivia rounds.
- Receive an Excel spreadsheet scoreboard you can use during your event to quickly calculate and project scores for up to 50 trivia teams!
$520 – Trivia Night Host Package (Select if you want the StLTriviaGuy to Prep All the Trivia & Emcee Your Event)
- Includes all aspects of the Ultra Question Package PLUS an experienced and fun emcee for your event, including up to 10 full rounds, additional inter-round fundraising efforts, and appropriate background music before the games begin!
- I supply my own powerful and professional audio equipment, laptop, projector, tables, and chair to save your planning committee from unnecessary worries, extra set-up duties, and additional costs.
- You can select any of my Audio Categories not available with the Basic or Ultra Question Packages
- The only thing your group needs to supply for the trivia portion of your event are rules and answer sheets for each of your tables, a few people to work the scorer’s table, and a screen or blank wall space onto which I can project the PowerPoint slideshow.
- Notice this price can be covered by the entry fees of 3-4 tables of participants. Most clients find the reduced stress of bringing in a professional emcee to be well worth the expense. My job is to allow everyone to enjoy themselves and a significant percentage of my clients hire me back year after year.
